We want you to be completely satisfied with your True Sea Moss apparel; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in new condition.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
